Neon & Grit: Cinematic Night Portraits at RAW Gelände, Berlin This series explores the vibrant, nocturnal energy of Berlin’s Friedrichshain district. Shot on location at the iconic RAW Gelände, these urban night portraits capture the intersection of alternative fashion and industrial history. Utilizing creative flash photography and cinematic color gels, I aimed to highlight the contrast between the subject’s edgy, tattooed aesthetic and the area's famous graffiti-covered walls. The result is a moody, neon-noir photo series that embodies the raw, unpolished spirit of Berlin nightlife. This collection showcases the possibilities of low-light street photography in one of Europe’s most visually dynamic cultural hubs.
